The results page of the completed studies found in the web app (https://my.vantagespace.com) is visually clear and easy to read to avoid any confusion or misinterpretations. Invite your client as a "Team Member" to your account with permission "External" via the web app (https://my.vantagespace.com). This means they will only see what you assign to them. They'll receive an invite to the study via email and a link to set a password. If it's a closed or finished study, we'll need to assign them for you. Vantage Space tracks occupancy both of workspaces as a whole and how much capacity is being used in each workspace: You can set up a large meeting room holding 20 people as a single workspace, and observers can record how many people are using a workspace at once. The Dashboard can present data in two ways; per-workspace and per-seat. Workspaces have a specific capacity when set up, representing the number of people who can use this workspace as designed. Designs do not correspond to real life, and a workspace may be observed with a greater occupancy than its nominal capacity; occupants may be standing, extra chairs have been brought in, or other circumstances that may arise. When this occurs, the observers are permitted to record more occupants than the capacity of the workspace to ensure accurate recording. There is no need to panic when your charts & graphs are not complete! This could be for several reasons! We have found that the number one reason for low data numbers is simply that the iPad(s) used on the survey have not been fully sync'd with a network! If you are sure the device was connected to the internet, please double check that the data was gathered. If so, it is likely that all the data hadn't fully been sent to the server (There's an indicator in the top right of the app for outstanding items). If a region of your office has multiple workspaces assigned to it, the overall occupancy for the area is higher as the individual areas overlap. This makes the region darker than any individual occupancy would suggest. The individual percentages depend on whether you are using the "workspace" or "seats" view.
