FAQ: I exported an XLSX file earlier this morning from a tour the day before but the data is blank?

If you are sure the device was connected to the internet, please double check that the data was gathered. If so, it is likely that all the data hadn't fully been sent to the server (There's an indicator in the top right of the app for outstanding items).

Once there is an active internet connection, any outstanding data on the device will be sent. 

Note: Please also make sure that all devices used _that day_ are synchronized.
