When do I select "Finish Tour" in the mobile app?

One tour includes all your observation points across all floors and buildings allocated for that time.

The locations of observation points can vary widely by assignment. Variations include having all observation points one floor of one building, observation points on many floors in one building, observations points on many floors and in many buildings, and so on.

Be sure to familiarize yourself with your tour and which floors and buildings it covers. Always record observations for the all observation points across the floors, departments, buildings, etc. allocated to your tour before hitting “finish tour”.

You want all the observation points to be any color but yellow, which indicates unobserved, before you select "finish tour".

Tip! Follow the same route on every tour. Not only will you become more efficient and faster, you will be less likely to miss an observation point. And, it will also contribute to data integrity as the same points will be observed in roughly the same timing across tour times.
