What do I do if an observation cannot be carried out?
For whatever the reason or circumstance, sometimes one cannot complete an observation. For example, the observation point is inaccessible for some reason.
It is possible to amend the results. However, you must make sure that the observer can manually collect data. Then contact us at the earliest time of convenience to you or the observers so we can input the data for you.
