FAQ: What should I do if the app says "Timezone mismatch"?

This error message will appear if your iPad is set to use a different timezone than the timezone for the study. To make sure that the times and dates of observations are correct, your iPad must use the same timezone as the timezone that the manager has set for the workplace study.

Check the settings for your iPad. If your iPad is using the correct timezone for your location, contact the survey manager. If necessary, they can change the timezone of the study.
