Can I pay for studies by bank transfer?

Setting up bank transfer


In order to pay for studies by bank transfer you will first need to provide some billing details about your company:


1: In the left-hand navigation bar, click on Organization Settings.

2: Ensure the Billing Details section is filled in with the details you would like to appear on the invoice.

3: If you've made any changes or additions to your billing details, press Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

4: In the Billing Options section at the bottom of the page, click on Request Authorisation.

5: Wait 1-2 business days for the accounts team to review your details and set up a line of credit for your organisation; you'll get an email when this is done.


Purchasing studies by bank transfer


Once you've set up a study, you'll have a new payment option when purchasing a study.


1: Open your draft study and open step 6 of study setup:

2: Verify the price of your study and select Pay By Bank Transfer.

3: You'll be presented with a confirmation dialog to confirm the Billing Address and Total to Pay. At this step you should add a Purchase Order Number if you want it to appear on the invoice, and you can add a note that will be appended as a line item.

4: Press Confirm Purchase. Your invoice will be generated and emailed to you, but you can also find your invoices in the left-hand navigation bar by clicking on Purchases and then clicking on the Invoices submenu item.

5: You should send this invoice to your accounts team (or otherwise follow your accounts team's process for arranging payment for outstanding invoices).
