# How do I mark out workspaces on my floor plan?

Using the web app ([https://my.vantagespace.com](https://my.vantagespace.com)), assign workspaces to your floor plan by navigating to the “Study setup” page and scroll down to the “Buildings & Floors” section. From here, find the building and floor you wish to modify and on the right hand side will be a “Manage workspaces” option. 

On the following page, you will be presented with your uploaded floor plan. By default, without you selecting an option, you can use the mouse to start marking out your workspaces. Click and hold to drag around the floor plan.

You can simply click on an individual workspace or use the "Select multiple" tool to fill out details including; which department the workspace belongs to, edit workspaces you've already created, and assign workspaces to observers.
