# How are workspaces like cafeteria or a conference room displayed in results?

These rooms are generally classified as one workspace.

If you want to know how many people are utilizing the space vs. how many seats available, you can assign a number of seats in the study set-up viaw the web app ([https://my.vantagespace.com](https://my.vantagespace.com)).  
   
Then, during observation, if “occupied” is selected, the app will ask observers to indicate the number of people occupying the workspace.
