FAQ: I downloaded the app but it crashed. Maybe it needs an update?

We advise that all users keep their devices up-to-date with the most recent version from Apple/Google. This should fix the problem.

You can find which version you are running in the settings menu of the app.
Go to: General ---> About ---> Version
